About the project
KUDELIĆ d.o.o. is implementing a project entitled “Investment in the installation of cooling system equipment, the purchase of new production equipment and machinery, and the purchase of commercial vehicles to modernise operations and strengthen the market competitiveness of KUDELIĆ”. Funding for the project was approved under the tender for the implementation of Submeasure 4.2, “Support for investments in the processing, marketing and/or development of agricultural products”, implementing operation type 4.2.1, “Increasing the added value of agricultural products”, under the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014. - 2020. The project will invest in new meat processing equipment, refrigeration equipment and specialised vehicles for transporting live animals, fresh meat and meat products.
Objectives and expected results
The main reasons for investing in this project are to modernise production capacity, improve the quality of finished products and digitalise business processes. Installing new equipment is important for keeping pace with new technology, enabling KUDELIĆ to stay abreast of world-renowned producers of meat and meat products.

About the project
KUDELIĆ d.o.o. is implementing a project entitled “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of KUDELIĆ d.o.o. through ICT”. Funding for the project was approved under the call “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT) - 2”, call code: KK.03.2.1.19, financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The project introduces hardware and software for monitoring heat treatment processes and process parameters in chambers, other software solutions to improve business processes, and the hardware necessary for the purchased solutions to function.
Objectives and expected results
The project aims to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of business operations through the use of information and communication technology. The specific objectives to be achieved through the project are: increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes by implementing modern ICT solutions; increasing employee efficiency and establishing an effective organisation of workflow. The project resulted in the implementation of software solutions and the purchase of hardware to improve 8 business processes.
